HONOLULU — The College of Hawaiʻi is expanding its flagship Mānoa campus to make a mastering center and dorm for pupils who want to be business people.

The $70 million elaborate, termed the Residences for Impressive University student Entrepreneurs, or Rise, will be a 6-story developing set to open up in 2023. Officers collected for a ceremonial groundbreaking on Thursday.
