Simpson Coulter Studio is delighted to announce the addition of Trisha Litzau as their new Supervisor of Advertising and Company Growth.

Trisha joins SCS with a 12+ calendar year heritage doing work within the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction market, having worked with both boutique and world wide companies on the East and West Coasts.

Prior to shifting to Las Vegas, Trisha labored in the South Florida sector and was targeted on advertising and marketing the structure of life style lodges and luxury multi-family household.

Trisha is an active member of NAIOP, CREW, and SMPS, and serves as the Membership Committee Chair with CREW, and on the Undertaking Spotlight Committee with NAIOP. In her free of charge time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her partner and their two dogs–Louis’ & Teddy.
