MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The theme for the 2021 McAllen Vacation Parade was declared Thursday as ‘ Rockin’ About the South Pole.’

The McAllen Getaway Parade, introduced by H-E-B, is the most significant illuminated vacation and helium balloon parade in Texas.
