My Grandmother taught me.

Explain your items:

Corn husk dolls constructed and intended by hand. The doll attire are painted and yarn is employed for their hair.  The faces are then drawn on.

Describe your procedure:

It is a very long system. I soak the husk in drinking water, as the husk desires to be moist. I then mould it to make the human body of the doll. Once the entire body is dry, I costume her (paint and decorate it). I include the hair at the close.
