The term “community environment” can protect almost everything from culture to protection to infrastructure. But when Shawn Kaskie, a Rural Prosperity Nebraska extension educator based in Damaged Bow, discusses neighborhood setting, he has one particular distinct that means in mind.

To aid foster an entrepreneurial attitude in just rural Nebraska, Kaskie produced eCommunities, a application funded by the U.S. Economic Improvement Administration that focuses on serving to communities identify, gather and cultivate methods that really encourage entrepreneurship in just their towns.
