Bellmont poised to get above Duluth tourism advertising

Visit Duluth has marketed the town to likely visitors for extra than 80 yrs. But on Jan. 1, Bellmont Companions is having the helm.

The Duluth City Council’s conclusion to retain the services of Bellmont to steer tourism promotion was difficult. But now it can be time for the transition. 

Minneapolis-dependent Bellmont opened a Duluth workplace downtown, and Lissick explained they joined the Duluth Region Chamber of Commerce. 

“We have been undertaking our research,” she explained. “And that features assembly with a great deal of local community and tourism leaders throughout the metropolis, listening to them, acquiring firsthand their challenges, possibilities, how we can greatest husband or wife with them.”

Lissick sees Duluth’s ideal property as Lake Excellent, outdoor recreation prospects, the arts and society scene, meals and beverage options, and loved ones-pleasant actions. 

But Bellmont and its artistic associate Lawrence & Schiller are carrying out some investigation to obtain out who their target market really should be.
