KANSAS City, Mo. — To celebrate the park’s 50th anniversary, Worlds of Fun introduced the return of the Zambezi Zinger.

In 2023, the practically 2,500-foot-prolonged steel and wooden coaster will return to the Africa area of the park.

With a prime speed of 45 miles for every hour, the new and improved Zambezi Zinger will be related to the first, with a few improvements.

The new Zambezi Zinger roller coaster will acquire visitors on a thrilling journey over its galvanized metal and wood hybrid body, dropping attendees from an iconic spiral elevate hill into a low-to-the-ground monitor that races by way of the trees and terrain of the African Serengeti.

Packed with a number of times of airtime, banked turns and quick transitions, riders are linked to the experience of an epic safari chase and fast-paced experience!

Zambezi Zinger

The Zambezi Zinger was one of the unique rides when Worlds of Enjoyment opened in 1973. Riders sat in toboggan-design seating and reached a most top of 57 ft.

The new edition of the journey will stand 74 feet tall, but even now go via the trees and terrain of the African Serengeti like the primary.
