Yingtong Qui, a student at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s Fox Metropolitan areas campus, is savoring his first location complete in the current 2021 Elevator Pitch Contest hosted by the Alta Sources Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Qui, with his CloudWorld on-line platform, topped a team of 11 college students who pitched their small business thoughts in 90 seconds to a panel of alumni judges. He is a freshman student from ChangZhou Town, JiangSu Province, China, who reported he was contemplating about his idea for only a pair of months—a social media platform that builds a connection concerning corporations searching for workers and position-seekers.

“China doesn’t have a business enterprise social media now,” Qui reported. He famous that when he came to the U.S. and observed Linkedin, he arrived up with his concept.
