In its report titled ‘Digital Way of life in the UAE’, the Telecommunications and Digital Governing administration Regulatory Authority (TDRA) stated the UAE was rated to start with globally in the use of social media, second globally and very first in the Arab area in the use of the world wide web, and the ninth globally and initial in the Arab region in e-commerce.
