(CSE: KETA) (FSE: UY0) (“TripSitter Clinic” or the “Business“), a virtual clinic and tele-wellbeing business, is pleased to announce that the Firm’s shares have been recognized for listing on the Frankfurt Inventory Exchange (“FSE”) and commenced investing on January 5, 2022 below the image “UY0”.

The Firm’s common shares are now cross shown on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the FSE. The FSE is 1 of the world’s main intercontinental stock exchanges by profits, profitability, and sector capitalization and is the premier of Germany’s inventory exchanges.
