The lesser spotted tech of the Tour de France

The 2022 Tour de France has been a single for the ages. Enjoyable racing, excellent performances, nail-biting edge-of-your-seat moments on just about just about every phase, and a host of new tech. It’s been a active month with no lack of content for CyclingTips to include.

As such, some things slipped by way of the web, but now on the eve of the remaining phase, we sat down to scroll by way of our tech-stuffed digicam SD cards and choose out some of the tech that did not make it into a standalone short article. Not mainly because it isn’t interesting, but because possibly it was supposed to be part of a focused standalone that, for just one cause or a different, didn’t materialise, or held off when waiting for much more aspects that by no means arrived.

KTM Revelator Prototype

T-3 times to Le Grand Depart, and we already noticed Cyril Lemoine’s new KTM Revelator. Expecting KTM to reveal the Revelator at either the Tour or Eurobike, we saved these shots again for the big expose. KTM however has not discovered that Revelator revelation.

Sadly, even when KTM does entirely reveal the Revelator, it is not likely this zebra-like paint task will be out there to you and me. A person can hope, although, and in the meantime here’s some shut-up shots of the new bicycle.
