NATCHEZ — Natchezian Desmond Miles was laying brick on the wall of a building at Adams County Christian Faculty Wednesday early morning close to where The Dart landed. He has been functioning with his grandfather Johnnie Lee Fitzgerald due to the fact he was 7 years outdated.
