As December keeps winding down, there is the joy and anticipation of celebrating Jesus’ delivery. The kids are consistently chattering about the approaching vacation to visit Daniel’s relatives in Ohio over Xmas. Menus and video game ideas float all around everyone feels unique and beloved as we marvel at the best present of all, the Lord Jesus, who rescued us from distress and manufactured it achievable to be adopted as God’s pricey children.
All right, so that is the shiny aspect of the equation. The opposite side droops as we appear at Xmas by the eyes of the many families going through the first holidays minus their loved ones. It does not appear good or equal. How can it be?
Why, just tonight immediately after the small children ended up tucked in bed, I sat throughout the kitchen area table from Daniel when he explained to me the shocking information of his aunt.
