ATLANTIC — When Wednesday is the very first day of the 2022 Cass County Fair, most of what was likely on was set up. Around the grounds the carnival was on hand, and active receiving issues established up. The Cass County Group Centre was comprehensive of 4-Hers, having static reveals — all the things from baked merchandise to Bucket of Junk tasks — judged.
