Texas Tech Vet College learners rescue ducklings from storm drain

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Two West Texas ducklings are dwelling secure with their mom immediately after some Texas Tech Vet learners sprang into action to rescue them from a storm drain.

They obtained some true-globe knowledge via the rescue previous week in Amarillo close to the new Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Drugs campus.

Fourth 12 months PhD student Savana Everhart claims she and her classmate, to start with 12 months PhD scholar Milad Kheirvari, had been driving away from class, when they saw the ducks crossing the street and pulled over to help. Boggan is doing the job with the business on a exploration venture. Founder Stephanie Diaz states the pupils were being relentless on making sure the ducklings received out properly.
