What to do with hundreds of thousands in American Restoration Program funding?

This calendar year the town council voted to allocate the 1st round of just more than $14 million in federal funds furnished to Norwich below the American Rescue Approach.

Between the allocations have been $800,000 to aid following-college programming, $2 million to produce Uncas Leap Heritage Park and $2 million for the Norwich Neighborhood Advancement Company in guidance of a downtown revitalization bundle.
