New Delhi: India’s Overall Fertility Rate (TFR), the regular selection of young children per female, has further declined from 2.2 to 2 at the national amount and ranged from 1.4 in Chandigarh to 2.4 in Uttar Pradesh, as for each a Health Ministry survey.
