ZURICH, Feb 9 (Reuters) – Siemens (SIEGn.DE) has agreed to promote the mail and parcels company of Siemens Logistics business to German technology group Koerber for a purchase rate of 1.15 billion euros ($1.31 billion), the German engineering enterprise claimed on Wednesday.
The offer, which Reuters described was imminent previously on Wednesday go through extra , is expected to be completed in the recent calendar 12 months.
The deal is the most current sale by Siemens as it seeks to focus on its most important locations of industrial automation and smart buildings.
