Agra: Right after months of distress, acid attack survivors in Agra have finally a thing to smile about. ‘Sheroes Hangout’, the cafe run by these survivors has at last reopened.
The cafe experienced shut down in April this calendar year due to a deficiency of small business through the pandemic lockdown.
Ashish Shukla, director of Chhanv Basis, the non-financial gain physique that backs the Sheroes initiative, claimed financial guidance from people across the country and abroad served the cafe reopen.
Shukla mentioned that “The aim is now on reviving our mission, making the life of survivors improved through our ‘Vision 2022’ programme, under which we will induct new survivors, furnishing them far better employment opportunities.
