Right after parade chaos, neighborhood raises thoughts about alcoholic beverages abuse, mental health

GALLUP, N.M. — A day right after police say a man drove an SUV into a Gallup parade, injuring 15, numerous in the city and in Indigenous communities throughout New Mexico say alcohol abuse is even now a significant problem.
