WEST FARGO — Annie Richards has recognized the situation as the district’s very first director of behavioral wellbeing and wellness.

Richards began her profession in behavioral health and fitness in 2012 with Remedies Behavioral Healthcare Experts in Moorhead, Minn. Through her time with Methods, Richards served as their education coordinator and functions manager. She moved to Lifetime Expertise Transition Heart as an used actions analyst in 2018 prior to joining West Fargo Public Schools.
