Princeton-based tech firm SciTec was awarded a $5 million grant for a new missile warning technological innovation prototype agreement with the controversial Trump-period U.S Space Power, the agency introduced on Feb. 7.

As aspect of its proposal, the “Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution Sensor Unique Processing” – or FORGE SSP – would act as a missile warning and defense process.

It would choose “raw sensor data” for facts-crunching, said SciTec’s govt director of tactical devices David Simenc, by remaining included into the U.S.’s satellite place surveillance methods.

The $5 million, nine-month prototype grant was awarded by the Space Company Consortium, which is operate by the U.S. Space Force, and will be produced out of its Colorado-centered software program growth manufacturing unit in tandem with the controversial defense agency Northrop Grumman.
