PHOENIX — It’s a sizzling early morning in Phoenix and Paul Yager is getting his very important signs checked at a cell clinic supplying care to homeless individuals. He is 64, he is HIV constructive and on most nights he sleeps in a park close by. He credits this staff with preserving him alive.
