Phillip Neumann just hoping to make daily life far more fun for his South Park neighbors

Neumann’s efforts lately have been centered on performing with other neighbors to boost and make improvements to amenities at Blommel Park.

They set up volleyball nets, and crafted a ball corral and crammed it with sports devices.
