Penn Condition Harrisburg students inducted into countrywide marketing honor society

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Eleven college students in Penn Condition Harrisburg’s University of Business enterprise Administration ended up inducted this spring into Mu Kappa Tau, a countrywide honor modern society that acknowledges leading students majoring in advertising.

Mu Kappa Tau was founded in 1966 by associates of Pi Sigma Epsilon to identify and honor men and women with noteworthy academic accomplishment in the internet marketing discipline. Mu Kappa Tau is the only internet marketing honor modern society accredited by the Association of Higher education Honor Societies.

Membership in Mu Kappa Tau is extended to college students with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or increased and who rank in the major 10% of junior marketing majors, or in the leading 20% of senior marketing majors.  Membership is also prolonged to graduate college students pursuing their master’s degree in small business or marketing and advertising who have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or increased, have finished 50% of their coursework, and rank in the major 20% of their course. All learners pursuing their Ph.D. in promoting, faculty users who hold a Ph.D. in advertising and marketing, and individuals who have built sizeable contributions to the marketing and advertising career, are also eligible for membership in Mu Kappa Tau.

Darrell Bartholomew, assistant professor of marketing, is the chapter school adviser and the present President of the Mu Kappa Tau national organization.

The keynote speaker for the function was Sheena Ridolfi, area profits supervisor at UPS.
