SAN ANTONIO – A Central Texas man is accused of illegally offering firearms with an unlicensed dealer to purchasers in the San Antonio location, according to federal authorities.

Michael Anthony Flynn, 46, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one depend of aiding and abetting an individual engaged in the firearms business without having a license, a information launch from the U.S. Division of Justice states.

Flynn is a federally accredited gun vendor from Liberty Hill, which is north of Austin.

The launch states that from October 2019 to February 2022, Flynn labored with Truett Shane Road, 56, of Lakeway, to invest in bulk portions of guns from brokers and on the web suppliers.
