Pumpkin Curry
Components:
Japanese Kabocha Squash
Rooster or your wished-for protein
Bell peppers
Carrots
Coconut Milk
Refreshing curry paste
Fish Sauce
Sugar
Instructions:
Lower greens, squash & protein into bite-sizing pieces
Transform stove on large
In a sauce-pan, stir in curry paste, sugar, coconut milk & fish sauce
Deliver to a boil and increase your protein & vegetables
Allow boil for 5 mins and enable simmer on lower heat for an additional 2 minutes
