explained his agent built an error on a journey doc ahead of his journey to Australia, even though also acknowledging he attended an event immediately after obtaining a positive Covid-19 check consequence previous month.
On Wednesday, the No. 1 player in men’s tennis reported on Instagram that his agent mistakenly indicated that Djokovic wouldn’t vacation in the 14 times ahead of his Jan. 5 flight to Australia. Pictures on his Instagram account appear to clearly show the Monte Carlo-centered Djokovic in Belgrade on Dec. 25 and in Madrid on Dec. 31.
“My agent sincerely apologizes for the administrative blunder in ticking the incorrect box about my prior vacation before coming to Australia,” Djokovic claimed in the statement. “This was a human error and absolutely not deliberate.”
