(KNSI) — St. Cloud is poised to approve a new housing enhancement on the city’s south aspect.
Up to 110 models would be designed in the Stone Gate West’s improvement north of the new Tech Higher School.
The developer is asking for acceptance to develop up to 48 townhomes and 18 twin properties at 3000 County Road 74. The task would also involve a long run section of up to 44 solitary-relatives houses.
St. Cloud’s planning commission has proposed acceptance. If the council approves the program, a general public hearing on the job will be held on August 8th.
The assembly is at 6 p.m. on Monday.
