Santa Claus came to town at Millsboro’s once-a-year Tree Lighting on Saturday, Dec. 4, and delighted kids adopted him from the brightly lit tree in the parking good deal into city hall and the chair positioned just for him, centered amongst tall, wood toy troopers, crimson-and-white striped poles and regular poinsettia plants.
