Be part of us Dec. 18 for the inaugural Outdated-Fashioned Christmas Celebration in downtown Pagosa Springs from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Together the going for walks route, there will be several Xmas-themed displays and functions, a balloon glow, acoustic musicians, choirs, totally free scorching chocolate and cider, cookies and snacks, sweet puppies, video games, toys and other goodies. And, of system, Santa Claus will be arriving on a sleigh. The route is somewhere around 1 mile very long and will be lit with luminarias and the astounding vacation lights in downtown Pagosa. 

The Chimney Rock Interpretive Association will emphasize its night time sky courses and information on how the Ancestral Puebloans could have celebrated the winter season solstice.

The San Juan Out of doors Club will aspect a particular Xmas campsite. 

There will even be a BB gun giveaway for young children close to Santa’s workshop at the Visitor Middle.

Entry factors for the walking route consist of: (1) City Park, (2) San Juan River Scenic Overlook, (3) Customer Middle and (4) the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership website at Centennial Park. Participants coming into at the key entry points will be presented with glow sticks and a scavenger hunt card to gain a free of charge ornament.
