“I’m not a overall performance artist or a drag queen, I just reside as artwork,” he explained in an interview.

The parts — that includes brightly coloured fabrics and metallic embellisments — took involving two hours to eight months to place alongside one another and were inspired by people and objects from all-around the earth, stated Lismore.

“There’s hundreds of stories in just about every piece,” he said.

The piece he wore on Friday was amid his heaviest, he explained, and featured merchandise of particular significance.

“I needed to set all my memories of over the yrs, from when I was a teenager, when I was bullied and all these items that meant some thing to me through my lifestyle,” Lismore explained.

The artist, who built his London debut with the show, offered 12 parts from his travelling exhibition “Be You, All people Else is Taken” which opened in Atlanta in 2016.
