ROGERS — A “lifestyle storage” facility and hobbyist hangout took its 1st stage Tuesday to opening on the east facet of city.
At a conference Tuesday night, the Organizing Fee unanimously approved a request by Garage Suites of Arkansas LLC for a conditional use allow to allow motor vehicle storage at 5911 W. Venture Park Blvd. in the highway professional zoning district.
The growth strategies include 38 indoor “garage suite” models for hobbyists to store cars, recreational motor vehicles, and tools these as bicycles, boats, campers, ATVs and kayaks.
