MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — After decades in organization, an Uptown Minneapolis staple is closing.

Kitchen Window has been offering kitchen and houseware solutions in Calhoun Square for 35 a long time, as properly as supplying cooking classes in its two teaching kitchens.

Doug Huemoeller, who co-owns the enterprise with Kia Huemoeller, announced the closure Monday, citing “personal and internal” good reasons.

“In our wildest dreams, we couldn’t have imagined what this keep was to grow to be and what it has intended to so lots of people,” Huemoeller said. “I am so really thankful for the awesome community of workers, consumers and suppliers that have all contributed to building Kitchen area Window so a great deal more than just a store. It has been truly inspiring.”
