WASHINGTON – Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) nowadays launched the Small Enterprise Mergers, Acquisitions, Income and Brokerage Simplification Act to aid smaller organization homeowners access the providers of small company merger and acquisition (M&A) brokers.
