ZURICH, Jan 3 (Reuters) – Julius Baer (BAER.S) has agreed to market Wergen & Husband or wife Wealth Management to its management, the Swiss private lender stated on Monday.

Julius Baer, which acquired Zurich-centered Wergen in February 2017, mentioned the organization has constantly been financially rewarding and experienced doubled its property less than management, with out providing any figures.

The functions agreed not to disclose the acquire value for the deal which is expected to shut in the initially quarter of 2022.
