OLATHE, Kan. — On Wednesday, the Johnson County Constitution Fee voted to reject 4 proposed amendments to the county Home Rule Charter. 

Considering that March, the 25-member commission has been conference to evaluation and vote on prospective improvements to the constitution.

If a proposal obtained at least nine votes of guidance from the fee, it progresses on to a second hearing. A proposal need to have at least 13 votes of support in the 2nd listening to to be positioned on the standard election ballot in November.
