JD.com Rolls Out Unlimited Free Shipping for JD PLUS Members

Richard Liu’s JD.com has launched unlimited free shipping for its JD PLUS members.  In August, 2023 the company announced the new shipping policy, which applies to all self-operated products.

JD PLUS Members Many Shopping Benefits

Unlimited Free Shipping

In the past, JD PLUS members were able to use five free shipping coupons each month for orders of self-operated products.   Self operated products are where JD.com buys products from brands and sells them to customers through the company’s self-operated fulfillment network. All products sold on JD.com are guaranteed for authenticity.

With unlimited free shipping, JD PLUS members can now use the JD.com delivery service with no limits or extra costs.

Non-JD PLUS members can now receive free shipping on orders over 59 yuan (previously 99 yuan).

JD.com’s premium logistics services offer same- and next-day delivery options to customers.
