Incoming tech businesses might get prime downtown St. Pete authentic estate less than new plan

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A new proposal would have the town of St. Petersburg market a block of metropolis-owned land, just a stone’s throw from Tropicana Area, to make way for a 10-story office environment sophisticated to house two corporations relocating to the Sunshine Condition.
