The Charlotte Hornets positioned 4 players — guards LaMelo Ball and Terry Rozier, ahead Jalen McDaniels and middle Mason Plumlee — in COVID-19 wellbeing and protection protocols, they said on Saturday. Resources previously explained to The Athletic that Ball and Rozier have been predicted to skip many online games.

Ball has started each recreation for the 13-11 Hornets, though Plumlee and Rozier have started 20 and 19 games, respectively. Ball, in his next season, prospects the crew with 20 details, 8.3 assists and 7.7 rebounds for every sport. Rozier is third on the workforce in scoring, averaging 17.7 factors for every activity.

Plumlee averages 6.8 factors and 7.3 rebounds in 26.2 minutes per recreation, when McDaniels is averaging 5.5 details and 3.3 rebounds in 15 minutes per video game off the bench.
