Leaders from all three districts say they have had problems with students having images of their friends in the bathrooms and putting up them to social media, taking photographs of teachers to post to social media, looking at flicks or listening to tunes in course, checking social media, and bullying other college students in team texts in the course of college hours.

Preston High Faculty Principal Scott McCullah tells us school rooms are for discovering and they want to get back to the principles.
