A Frisco business enterprise owner who chartered a non-public jet to go to the Jan. 6 Donald Trump rally and then stormed the Capitol building was sentenced Tuesday to 7 days in jail, authorities mentioned.

Jason Lee Hyland, 39, had pleaded guilty in March to a misdemeanor depend of parading, demonstrating or picketing in the Capitol making. Tuesday’s sentencing listening to was held in Washington.
