We are a 4-piece band out of Tehachapi. This is the sexiest Americana/folk/bluegrass alternative band in California.
Fistful of Nickels contains several instruments such as upright bass, guitar, mandolin, violin, banjo and the dobro. You will see us at any brewery in Kern County to San Luis Obispo County undertaking all of our original tunes and some of our favored addresses from our idols.
Steven Woods is our lead singer, guitarist and track writer. Steven is from Riverside. He realized how to sing and write songs from his father and siblings at youthful age.
Les Webb has lived most of his lifestyle in Kern County and has been deeply encouraged by its audio. He is been active in the songs scene due to the fact 2002, taking part in in every thing such as alternative rock, nation, cowpunk, rockabilly, folk and bluegrass bands, Helikes Craft Beer (specifically a good purple), cuss terms, and “Slappin’ Da Bass.”
Hugh Shane “Daddy” Hugh is a higher mileage western swing guitarist and dobro dilettante. He often sings “Deep Ellum Blues” and “Snake Farm.” He is a veteran of honky-tonk bands from his native New York Point out to Wyoming, Colorado and California.
Justin Komin “The Intercourse Appeal” is an aspiring entrepreneur, vetted philanthropist and billionaire playboy. Justin hails from Oildale, Calif. He has not too long ago taken time out of touring the world browsing for the ark of the covenant to participate in fiddle, banjo and mandolin in the world’s sexist bluegrass alternate band.
