EDMONDS, Clean. — Firefighters responded to a fireplace at a business developing in Edmonds early Wednesday early morning, leading to $200,000 in harm, according to the Shoreline Hearth Section.
The building, positioned at 220th Street Southwest and Freeway 99, housed the former Household Entertaining Center.
About 1:55 a.m., a passerby referred to as 911 to report viewing black smoke and flames coming out of the setting up.
The property was undergoing interior demolition to be transformed as a church.
Soon after about 90 minutes, the 50 firefighters on scene ended up equipped to get the hearth below control.
Investigators mentioned the hearth appeared to be accidental.
