Enjoyable Zone Pageant for Balboa Island Museum raises $50,000

A few hundred visitors attended the Balboa Island Museum’s annual fundraiser, a carnival themed social gathering held final Friday at the Balboa Fun Zone that was marketed out, in accordance to organizers.

The Entertaining Zone Pageant showcased reside new music, foods stations from regional restaurants, a silent auction, a bumper vehicle-picture booth, carnival games and a stilt walker.

Amongst the retail exhibitors was the newly opened Balboa Island Gallery.

“It’s a way to get visibility within the community and enable them know there is a good art gallery on Agate Avenue,” claimed Kim Rossall, gallery operator and island resident. “We also desired to guidance Balboa Island Museum and Enjoyable Zone.”

Balboa Island resident, Bob Olson, reported he specially favored the location preferred for the occasion. “The Balboa Island museum relationship is a excellent revival in between the fun zone and the museum.”
