ST MARYS — Elk County Toastmasters lately congratulated Madigan McGrath, Hannah Kemmer, Elisabeth Kemmer and Margaret Yeager on completing the “Youth in Media” and the “It’s Debatable” courses.
These five-7 days systems were created to aid youth investigate and establish abilities in debate and media communications.
“Debate is a skill that we use in day to day lifestyle.
