The metropolis of East Lansing will be hosting its second annual “Moonlight ExtravaGRANDza” downtown on Monday from 8 to 11 p.m.

The late-night time celebration will showcase East Lansing’s local enterprises to new and returning Michigan Point out University students as part of the university’s welcome 7 days.
