Lynn Wilson, a musician from Dunnellon, has been awarded a complete scholarship to study therapeutic tunes. The scholarship was presented by the community nonprofit Audio in Medication, to total instruction to turn out to be a certified audio practitioner.

Wilson reported she was drawn to therapeutic new music “because at this time of my lifetime, I experience a powerful need to give again. I delight in actively playing the dulcimer, and this is how I can support many others.”

She has often experienced a musical curiosity. She performed a number of devices with faculty band for eight years. Later, she ongoing playing recreationally. She plays the trumpet, the baritone ukulele and currently the mountain dulcimer.
