RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A collaborative effort is now underway to battle drunk driving by commercial car operators in the commonwealth, the Virginia Section of Motor Cars announced Wednesday.

The DMV partnered with the Automotive Coalition for Visitors Security (Acts) and Schneider trucking business to make Schneider the 1st truckload provider to perform a trial deployment of new technology by way of the Driver Liquor Detection Process for Protection (DADSS) Plan.
