The Cowlitz Valley Runners team sponsors Saturday early morning entertaining runs and other club gatherings on a month to month foundation with exclusive functions on other dates.

All runs are open to the community and commence at 8:30 a.m. unless if not indicated. The courses and feasible costs are posted on-line at cowlitzvalleyrunners.com.

Jan. 8: Purple Leaf Natural and organic Espresso, 209 W. Key St., Kelso conference to follow free.

Jan. 15: across from Ostrander Grocery, 2705 Previous Pacific Freeway coffee at Vault Textbooks and Brew, 20 Cowlitz St. W., Castle Rock cost-free.

Jan. 22: Luckman’s Espresso, 1230 Lewis River Highway, Woodland free of charge.

Jan. 29: River’s Edge Espresso, 540 N. Hendrickson Push, Making C., Kalama free.
